Q: Why should I book using this website?
A: By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking & access to Direct savings.

Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 2pm however we always try our best to accommodate earlier arrivals. 

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, late checkin is available by prior arrangement. Please give us a call if you want to arrive after 8pm.

Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: Yes, when you book a 1 bedroom apartment.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Northpoint Motel are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in Motel?
A: Yes, free wifi is provided to all our guests.

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a beautiful landscaped courtyard available for guest usage.  A BBQ is available upon request.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 1.3km to Northpoint Shopping Centre with 40 shops including Coles, Coffee Club & Brumbies, Newsagency, Aldi, Doctors.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: Northpoint Motel is located opposite the Blue Mountain Hotel which offers great food and atmosphere.  We are also a short walk to a number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Coffee Club, Zarraffa’s Coffee, Subway, Dominos Pizza, Sushi, chinese, indian, thai and mexican. Please visit reception for a more detailed list if required.

Q. Do you have Foxtel?
A: No, but Netflix is accessible with our Smart TV.

Q. What is your Cancellation Policy?
A. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time.  Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
